BP 2GO Tally Ho

The pump kept cutting out every 2 seconds whilst I was filling up. After I finally filled up after 10 minutes, went inside to pay and let the attendant know that the pump was playing up. Instead of saying oh thanks for letting me know

Went in for a Oat milk mocha, paid “barista” prices for an instant coffee! Didn’t hear the steamer going either. Barista coffees are not that thin.

has to be the worst BP wild bean store in Melbourne coffee you can get with some of the staff has n attitude issues....if you ask them to make you coffee again. they aren't happy worst customer service...NO STAR IF I COULD.

At the cash register, Nikita the girl serving was friendly and polite. Rare to see nowadays.She makes good coffee too.

Thank you to the girl who served me today. Super friendly and she noticed that I’m a health worker and offered me a free small coffee. Absolutely made my day!

At 12:30 am this morning I stopped at the Tally Ho BP station for a packet of cigarettes. When I arrived and pressed the bell for service I had to wait for 5 minutes for a response.I asked for the brand of cigarettes I wanted and was told they she, (young blonde lass) did not have them. From there on every brand I requested from the whole board listing, I was told they were out despite seeing clearly that the shelves were full. Every time she opened the shelf and supposedly looked.!!!If an attendant has issues with selling certain products in the store, should they be there at all?????????? In a service capacity.This woman told me that it was the law. She could not tell me what brands she had. When I asked why she was being difficult she stated that it was the law and walked off to the rear of the shop.I had to wait to be let out of the store.Really? Is this company policy to treat customers in this way?Not to worry, Coles was open.I will never buy petrol from that site in Tally Ho ever again. I will make sure all my friends and relatives are also aware that for all the years of good service I have received there, hiring trailers, purchasing petrol and cigarettes, hired gas bottles etc. this smart alec decided to be obstreperous for whatever reason.Very disgusted and disappointed. It only takes one bad egg to make the whole place rotten!!!!!!Also BP complaints website states that the site may take complainant to an unsafe website.Really?I think I will take this further with Consumer Affairs re website posting and complaints management.

I went there around 1am. No one here in front cashier, there were some people waiting to get fuel, but no one there.very disappointed.

Not 24hrs - open/close hours are inconsistent which is frustrating when you need petrol and you see a staff car but all lights are off.
