Worst experience ever. Phone staff were clueless, made many promises but never came through, at great cost to jobsite with machines and laborers standing idle for several hours. No apology, terrible attitude & poor communication. Will never be used on any of my sites again.

It was delivered a day earlier then what it was booked for, which I wasn't home for to tell them where to drop it, so they just dumped it on my driveway blocking my gate where we had to actually climb the fence to get into our own house. Rang them (Friday afternoon) sent them photos of the bin, didn't fix it, said they would call me Saturday morning with a solution, didn't hear from them at all. Horrible service and would not recommend at all.

An overall disappointing experience when they wanted extra $$$ to take certain items, when they never advised us accordingly at the outset. My elderly parents were very upset by the conduct of the individual collecting the bin.

They were able to squeeze us in for a skip bin at extremely short notice (on a Saturday afternoon) and were able to pick up the skip sooner than the original pickup date. Really flexible and reliable, would use again

Kiwi skip bins were absolutely amazing to me. They had the bin ready for me before I arrived from out of state and were phenomenal at accomidatting me at the last minute to a bigger size bin. It may have been a bit of an inconvenience for them but they went above and beyond to meet my needs! I highly recommend them and I will go back for sure. It was a pleasure doing business.
