DO NOT RENT THROUGH MOSAIC ON THE GC!A year ago I would have recommended these guys to rent from. Now, since Tonia Wright has taken over, I would HIGHLY recommend everyone stay away.Repairs have not been completed (requested months ago!) and she has shown an unwillingness to do anything that does not benefit the owner first.They are unreasonable and impossible to deal with. I could share emails from them publicly that would deter anyone from wanting anything to do with Tonia or the rental team.

Poor communication and customer service. Online enquiry for property management request was never answered. When calling them directly was transferred after 1 minute conversation by property manager to subordinate staff for getting a simple appraisal. That lady didn’t even get my email address right so I never heard back from her until I called them again a week later when switch board was struggling to find someone willing to deal with my request. The lady doing the appraisal was not interested in any additional information about my property anyway and send a simple software generated appraisal. When I questioned the appraisal she rightfully suggested that an inspection of the apartment was needed but was not willing to get this organised for an apartment only 100m away from their office building in McLachlan Street. High management fees with additional monthly technical fee of $11 (apparently for them having the convenience to just push a button to get an appraisal). Additional letting fees and End of year statement fees! To sum it up: AVOID!

We engaged Mosaic Property Management after settlement on our property late last year and we are not able to fault them. Their service is second to none and their client communication is fantastic. Sienna, Jessica and Kym are a pleasure to deal with and are always quick in a response to any queries. We live in NSW so having a professional and efficient team managing our property makes all the difference for us. Highly recommend their services

I don't usually leave reviews unless necessary. Mosaic Property Group is the worst real estate I've ever encountered, and here's my experience with them:- poor management,- poor response time,- poor communication within the team,- bunch of requests get abandoned or forgotten or take over 3 - 8+ weeks to actionThese issues include but are not limited to change of tenant, bond name transfer, air conditioner repairs, change of rent cost etc.Management needs to review work processes and quality. No handovers when agents changed 3 times. Patrick, Lulu, and Eliza, all three agents have the same issues.. Are you training them, or do we keep getting rookies?They're good at sounding professional but that's all face & words. Their action proves otherwise.I've left as a tenant and encountered these issues for almost 2 years, my friend still lives there and has consistant issues I've explained above.Will avoid Mosaic at all cost. Property I lived at was fine, the actually property management is appalling.

Worst experience ever EVER! Credits to TONIA WRIGHT who has done an exceptional job:))Once I have moved into my newly rented apartment I have noticed that strong rotten unfresh smell from the aircon. Then, I contacted the property manager TONIA WRIGHT and told her that the previous tenants did not clean the apartment properly and if they can send someone to fix this issue. Suprisingly, she said it is my obligation to keep the maintainance. I have rented in many different places and I know exactly what my responsibilities are when it comes to maintaining the cleanness of the property but have not you realised that this is not caused by me but by your neglectance when the previous tenants moved out. It is on your end to exam the condition whenever the tenants move out. I never knew there are such inresponsible people in the world because she was even blaming me for not open the aircon cover to check the interior on the day of inspection before signing the condition report? On their condition report, they only mentioned if the aircon is functioning but does not say anything like it is clean. The only reaon I tick the box because I believe the aircon is running normally just need to be cleaned up which is obviously not caused by me. More interestingly, she even suspected me to cause those molds on the aircon filter. For a newly moved in tenent to adress such issue within 2 weeks time can possibly cause such dreadful smell and colonies of molds? This seems like a small issue but I believe as a professional agent she should have not been so neglectful and have such an irresponsible attitude towards both the tenant and the landlord's property. Word of advice to poeple renting under the mosaic property especially through agent TONIA WRIGHT, please open the aircon cover and check the interior filter otherwise that would be all counted on you:))

Mosaic Property’s service has been exceptional! Jonathan and his team were very responsive and super helpful throughout the whole time of my lease. I would highly recommend this agency and I wish more agencies were as great as this one. :)
