It is usually ok, although they no longer offer keto bunsOnce I got a veg salad that did not look fresh, but after telling them, they improved, so good on them

We ordered delivery. It arrived cold soggy and the order was wrong. When we tried to call and have it fixed. The customer service was terrible with the manager yelling loudly in the background. We were eventually told they will send out a new burger when it is less busy. So we ordered dinner at 6pm and an hour and a half later still no burger. Definitely not worth it!

Absolutely impeccable customer service. The meal took a fair while to arrive. I just picked hubby up out of Hospital and all he wanted was a nice cup of coffee, and they don't serve coffee there, which was disappointing. The burgers are nice, the prices are a little steep though. All in all I would probably go back again.

Food was great however we paid $70 for 3 tiny burgers, 1 side of chips and 3 cans of drink to walk out hungry still.We walked next door and had to spend more money at red rooster.We’re not big eaters either

Fantastic for vegan options (everything in the pic) and service was fast and friendly! Highly recommended for a cheeky burger or a social gathering with the crew.

In a town without many vegan options, over populated with rigid agriculturalists, this was a welcome discovery.Its a start and the chkn schnitty burger was great with the vegan sauce rather than Chipotle aioliSecond visit I ordered red hot chili vegan" and added pineapple and seeds.This came with "free plant based tenders" which was a fitting promo.Both were delicious and a personal get well soon note lifted my spirits in isolation.Pros: Plant based mlyks

My recent visits to Burger urge have been very disappointed. They keep getting my order wrong, putting bacon on a vegetarian burger, or forgetting the cheese (as two seperate incidents). The chips used to be lovely, but they've recently changed and they are not very good anymore. They've also made a policy that limits changing the patty to the vegetarian chicken" option

Kudos to Burger Urge for bringing a truly hot burger to the masses. This was seriously hot, the chilli is rated at around 1 million scoville.
