Just careful this company.They are selling rubbish.I bought 2 items glass washer and noodle cookery. (Look great in pictures, however both of them not 100% working)Dish washer come with no power plug (yes no power plug, (never told me) and after operate the water never go off. (Water always there)Luus Noodle cookery even worse.. can't hold the fire. After Licensed plumber installed. ( i paid for the B & S noodle cooker and told me no stock when my driver arrived, the guy asked me to pay extra thousand dollar to take the Luus brand) . I have no choice because i booked the plumber to do all the jobs together)After south east water delay due to no tap (cant stop the water = can not install all kitchen equipment), called and told the guy what's happening by the plumber. They rejected to fix it due to more than 1 month. The guy said the boss said"*note: untill now i didnt use it yet. Just installed and called them on the same day.They are selling the equipment is not tested and try to sell it.. if you are lucky within a month they might come.. otherwise good luck."

Amazing service from these guys. Moh was really helpful in picking a sandwich press and then facilitating a new fridge with a quick turnaround. Delivery within 48hrs with no extra cost and he installed himself. Constant communication and industry knowledge. Will definitely use again.

Good sales people - good at selling pricey equipment that will be delivered to your house with massive dents. Good at not taking responsibility for their products if they're faulty within 2 years. Good at palming you off to the manufacturer. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else :)

Contacted KEA for an American made tomato wedger and they had the item in stock. Product was delivered in 2 days after payment which was super fast and appreciated. Quality of item is top notch and works beautifully. I couldn't be happier with Kitchen Equipment Australia and will consider them first for future purchases. Many thanks to Hanna who was my contact.

We have been dealing with this company for few years now and recently spent a lot of money of expensive specialised fry systems that required kea to source out and install , they are professional and compliant getting the job done efficiently on time with hard deadlines and tight time restrictions .Highly recommend these guys for all Commerical equipment , new purchase , installing , change over on used equipment and anything hard to get in a restaurant / bar situation.
