Having our new Air Con installed was a pleasure with Batemans Bay Cool-it. The whole exercise went very quickly and smoothly. The young men who installed it, Jaidon and Hayden where very courteous and left everything beautifully neat and clean. They went through the working instructions with me, making sure I understood it all.An absolute joy using Batemans Bay Cool it, definitely would recommend.

The Cool- it team went the extra mile to source a part for my 6 year old pool heater. I am also repeat customer a few years ago they installed a two outside unit, 8 discreet outlets in a double story house. Very professional team.

We have had recent work done by Cool It and it has been a very positive experience from start to finish.From the initial site visit and discussion about what we wanted to achieve, to the prompt quote, accurate estimate of when the work could be done, and the completion of the work, it has all been seamless, professional and friendly.We had three reverse cycle units installed in downstairs rooms in our holiday house. They were placed well, and all the work was incredibly tidy.We also had Cool It analyse why the existing ducted upstairs system made a vibrating humming sound in the second bedroom, when on. They identified the problem, that the exterior portion of the system was mounted on the outside wall, not mounted on a base on the ground. They fixed this for us as well. Two very hard working nice young guys did this for us, and now the upstairs system hum/vibration is gone.Couldn’t be happier with everything.I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling options.

I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job on installing my air-conditioner. Gave me lots of advice and doublechecked with outsiders about the conditions for it to be installed – i.e. the solar power energy required. Reception, advisers and installers could not be faulted.

recently had cool-it quote and replace a 30 year old A/C unit. whole process from quote to installation, was very professional ,, polite, on time, and calls to update on progress. have been dealing with this business since it started. 5 star service has always been their top priority for nearly 40 years. always keep it local
