You'd be hard pressed to find if it exists any other flooring company more knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about the work to the last millimetre. The team at empire floors were so patient with us to figure the best option to suit our needs from the initial consult over the phone, viewing the products at the showroom to then visiting the site to go through whats required for subfloor prep to ensure once the new flooring is laid it is perfect. The care that they took on site from rip up, sub floor work to eventually laying the floors was so meticulous and they care about the property like its their own. The site was always left clean and they go through with you the job to make sure you are 100% happy. I could not be happier that I chose empire floors as it is the best service I have received in any industry let alone in just tradesman I've dealt with. We recently used Empire Floors to supply and install new hybrid floors over our existing dated floor tiles. A big thank you to all at Empire Floors for installing wonderful hybrid vinyl flooring in our warehouse apartment. I wasn't sure about this product and initially preferred timber floors but after some persuasion from my partner around the huge cost saving, went ahead with the good advice from Jazz and team who only use top quality hybrid vinyl flooring, very happy with the result and looks very much like wooden floors. So glad we went with Empire floors who are an extremely hard working and highly skilled family business. Highly recommended!
