This is by far the worst Maccas in Australia! Doesn’t even deserve one star.This is the second time I have ordered the hot cakes to not get any butter or syrup, they also forgot the cutlery.Every order has either been wrong or missing items; stale buns, no pickles, brown refried fries, flavourless soft drinks, cold and just gross food.I am boycotting this Maccas now, I was hoping that they would redeem themselves, but it’s just the worst. It’s great that our community is expanding and giving locals a job, but I just hope that these workers aren’t a reflection of what the future generations will be like in this town. It’s a shame.

Weird McDonald's atmosphere - no food on display and no servers. I usually actually like McDonald's coffee but this was terrible. Hash browns were 5 star, hence the 3 star average. 9am Thursday.

My family and I ordered a few meals. Food was good except the chips. They were not nice. Soggy, tastless and warm. This McDonald's also had a kids play area and plenty of free parking

They don't stand a chance of delivery 'fast' food if they don't adequately staff their store. 1 person taking orders and packing them all in store, and one manager packing and running drive thru. Took 15 minutes to get 10 nuggets. I ordered, left, picked up a pizza, returned and none of the other people in store had received their food. The girl behind the counter was lovely, but absolutely run off her feet and profusely apologising about the wait times (not her fault). How is it fair to staff OR customers to have one person running around trying to get everything out? By the time I got my food it was barely warm as it had been sitting there for so long. Really hope McDonald's hasn't cut hours and wages that severely to try and turn a better profit. Roster more staff.

The food is never of quality chips always cold and soggy the burger I bought had just two chicken fillets no bun or lettuce or sauce just the chicken. The drinks have been on many occasions flat and diluted that bad the drinks are not worth drinking and hear all this bad feedback throughout the communityI guess KFC will be getting more business as son as they open

9.50pm Friday night, only car in drive through. No urgency in preparing food. Waited at the for about 10 mins. Drinks were warm, Sprite post mix out - I got soda water. Chips cold and burgers cold.

Its pretty much what you expect from any mcdonalds now.Food can vary from a Picasso to photographic and is way overpricedService varies from day to day the over worked 15 yr oldsAtmosphere of cleaning products, pre set cooker alarms and mess the understaffed stores cant keep up with

Disappointed to see the young girl in the drive through taking orders and payment was ducking out the back open door between orders and payments to take a drag on her vape and check her mobile phone, in front of multiple customers waiting in their cars in the drive thru. This is a family restaurant and it just shows a lack of professionalism and self control. I also on more than one occasion including this one, have received drinks with the drink not filled to the top, like 2-3cm below the top of the cup. I gave the cup back this time and said, no I’m not accepting that. Thankfully it was fixed but again, this has happened before. Lift your game Medowie Maccas.

Near a new area and I was pleasantly surprised to have received a latte and cappuccino that had been delivered to the standards of your usual hipster cafe.I was so surprised that I went the second time the next day and skipped all the funkier cafes nearby Newcastle and opted for a Medowie coffee.And I am Not being sarcastic - maybe they took the advice fr other reviewers but I thoroughly enjoyed a well steamed coffee.Thank you!
