Ordered 3 grilled fish and $4 chips online for pick up this evening. Fish didn’t seem cooked through or perhaps cooked from frozen and the amount of chips was certainly not what was ordered or matched the weight/estimate on the online order form. Really disappointing. Won’t be going back.

Am I insane or is it really not letting me order chips on Uber eats/door dash/your advertised website???? What’s fish and chip shop without chips available lolI loathe new oceanic but they might at least have chips lol

We paid over $80 on food we couldn't eat! We ordered burgers, seafood and chips. The seafood was burnt on the outside but cold in the middle. Their taco burger was dry and cold and chips were soggy. We won't ever go back.

- we ordered 4 flakes and $20 chips , the fish had a smell of ammonia off smell to it we couldn’t eat it , it also wasn’t fresh and the batter wasn’t nice

Went in tonight to see what there was on the menu, because never been before and they had no menus outside and there were 2 people from the same family in there but as soon as myself and my mother when in they said only one person in. So I walked out and they still allowed the two from the same family" in. The sign at their door said one person from each group... The food was alright

Had lunch today and was absolutely yummy . The hamburger, chips and scallops were cooked very well . So much better than our lunch we had last week from kooringal chip store.Hamburger was yumLove that you make sweet potato scallops and garlic ones.Will be back for sure ......

I can't believe that 5 dollars worth of chips was a hand full I wish I had gone to the silver lite servo ,this is utterly a rip off if I could post the photo I took when I unwrapped them I would you should be ashamed of your selves

Won't be returning! Was overcharged for my order from an already overpriced menu! Customer service was disgraceful! And our order was incorrect and unappetizing! The parmi stack burger sounded great but 2 flaps of dry chicken with tomato paste squished between a burnt burger bun was far from pleasant and the battered flake was some kind of processed garbage like u get from the homebrand section in the supermarket freezer! Don't waste ur time!
