Had my carpet cleaned with KC and there were some stains which I thought was impossible to remove but wow they left the place spotless!! Just want to say thank you for such a wonderful thorough job.

Great communication and friendly service, but...I purchased an upholstery clean for my lounge suite. Although it did get some dirt out, it didn't make an obvious difference to the colour of the lounge suite. I hired another professional cleaner to come and do the job and received a much better result. KC Cleaning said there has never been a stain or dirt they couldn't get out, I must be the first. Mine wasn't stained, just surface dirt from daily use. I gave 4 stars for the friendly service, not so much the cleaning result.

Called and left a voice message for KC Cleaning. No response. After 2 days called another company that replied promptly and did a great job. Two weeks later we've still never heard back from KC Cleaning. Waste of time.

An absolutely wonderful job done but Chrissie who knows her stuff. Oven and carpet done. I will definately be using this cleaning service again. Thank you for doing the hard work.
