Bought a regular take home sized pack, disappointed as when got home found container had only been 3/4 filled. This is not cheap ice cream and would expect container to be adequately filled

I ordered menu log tonight and the driver didn’t show up to your store to pick up my order. one of your lovely team members on a young blonde girl called my number and said she lived close to me and would drop it off to my door on her way home from closing the store, what an amazing human she is honestly deserves employee of the month. You really have a great team member.

Staff were friendly enough but there was 1 poor dodo trying to do it herself and it looked like the owners of something were to busy being important". Ice cream was good but really wanted to use the drive through but obviously couldn't with the lack of staff."

The lady in store was really lovely with my son this morning when in store. She went above and beyond to make him feel special and he loved the ice cream. Always a great store and team when we visit!

First of all the customer service was a 10/10secondly this scoop of ice cream that i got (gold medal ribbon) was the most prestige perfectly circular shaped scoop i have ever seen the texture and consistency of the ice cream was perfection when i scooped it with my lil spoon it didn’t flick or anything it was just so perfect and i’ll be coming back every night

Love being able to get baskin and robins without having to get out of the car. Staff are always lovely. Only issue would be is if you didnt know what kind of ice cream you want as the board at the drive thru only has so much (as with any drive thru), but if you know what you want, its great!

The staff here are always very friendly & welcome. Buying icecream is fun enough but also enjoy coming here more as the staff are always in such a good friendly mood.
