Extremely rude salesman at 50 bruhn circuit in kellyville, he told me to get out because I made a joke about wearing shoes to him, told a few passer byers and they avoided the house as they were concerned what he would be like if children were present. Absolutely disgusted. Good way to sell your product Roselea homes!you obviously didn't read my comment properly, I stated I made a JOKE" to the salesman in regards to the shoe policy with a friendly laugh as to start a conversation with him but instead he pushed me out of the door while I had my wife and 1 year old son along with some relatives. also if your policy at the door states to remove your shoes then that should apply to your sales reps as well sweet heart

Since completion with Roselea i have had nothing but issues which Steve has done everything possible to get out of, not to mention parts of our home were not built to our signed plans, but actually to the design of the display home. Ever time we have raised an issue, we never hear back and have to follow up. I have been waiting 18 months for them to do something about our cracking driveway, which started cracking 2 months after moving in. I would never recommend them. Poor finishes, misleading information, cheap quality and the worst customer service.

An excellent building company that really know their stuff. We are about to start our build with them and have 100% confidence they will do an amazing job. Family run business works extremely well. No phone call or email is unreturned and always happy to discuss any queries. There is no waiting around for answers to simple questions like other high volume project builders. I would highly recommend.

We recently sold our home built by Roselea Homes in 2011 to a lucky bidder that also appreciated the high quality product that Roselea Homes produced. Roselea Homes were very patient with us when we were making many variations and also accommodated for our own customised facade at the time. Roselea Homes remains in our books a high quality custom home builder that we would consider using again in the future.
