Seriously yummy food and really lovely, welcoming staff. Still working through the menu but top faves atm are the tonkotsu ramen, wagyu salad and crispy brussel sprout salad. It was busy but the wait wasn't long at all. So gooood, thank you!

My meal did not come out with the rest of the party I was with, I did ask staff how long it would be...After 45 minutes my party had finished the meal...and still no meal for me appeared. As my party of friends were ready to go I asked to have my meal to go...I got a lecture from management that I should have ordered to go from the outset! I explained my situation as I am also TYPE 1 diabetic and needed to eat on time. ( I had advised the wait staff multiple times) I was shouted at by management, and he chucked the take away bag at me as I left! NEVER WILL I SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

Good atmosphere when it's packed, okay food, service is poor when it is busy. Price is high for the volume of quality, especially for such a busy place, probably not on par with the value of food. I suspect the high ratings are from those happy to omit these downsides and lack of comparable competition in the immediate area.

Passing through the area. And found this nice restaurant with such a friendly staff and environment. The foods come in excellent presentation, and right proportion for the value. Texture, fragrance, taste and flavour undeniably balance. Clean restaurant and even the toilet. Have to drive for 50 mins to get here next time around but definite visit a must.

Very good recommendation from a local to The Shire. Dining solo, did only the Tonkotsu Ramen and a karaage chicken side. Broth was hearty and full of flavour. Egg was soft and the pork neck was tender. The karaage was crunchy and served with Kewpie. Quick service, easy parking and friendly staff!

It was a cold winter's night, and we were craving some piping hot ramen. We read about this place as it was nearby, and it had some amazing reviews. We tried to call the place up to reserve a table, but their phone was offline.We took the chance and drove here. As expected, the place was buzzing and crowded, with only a few tables vacant. They were the ones no one wanted, as it was freezing cold outside.The lady said the only table she could give us was free for an hour only. We agreed and sat down with the menus. Before we got too comfortable, a man approached us and asked if we wanted to move to another free table, so we didn't have to rush. I think he took pity on us because feeding a 2-year-old in an hour is pretty impossible! So thank you for doing that for us!With most places with high star ratings, I try to lower my expectations so I don't get disappointed. I'm happy to report that this restaurant deserves the high ratings. Their ramen is on point! I ordered the spicy ground pork ramen. The broth was so flavourful with so much depth and I loved the spice level. The noodles were perfect and had a glorious mouthfeel.All of us enjoyed our bowls of ramen and would happily come here again! The service was great too, fast to take our order and food came out fast too! If you're in the area, definitely give this place a go because you won't regret it.

Food was absolutely delicious. The spicy miso ramen is a great size, and has a nice kick! The chicken karaage and pork gyozas were great too.
