Nice partially refurbished rooms. Lovely new bathrooms. Was quiet even though the place was fully booked for Christmas.

Beautiful outlook from rooms, lovely feel would have been some place in it's day.Few house keeping issues, very dusty, curtains need to be put back on hooks, carpet very worn near entrance door. Garden and pot plants need water.Bed comfy and bathroom lovely.

Great location, so close to sale. The reception person was not as friendly as I would of though/hoped. The room is very nice. The bathroom is fabulous and the free WiFi is good quality. Absolutely wonderful place to stay .

Room had a 60's retro feel, but comfortable. Liked TV arrangement of ceiling bracket. Bathroom well appointed & modern. Room opens into large green space around pool, a large space with trees & birdsong... truly stunning. Only one negative for the room..the carpet was worn & tired. Even so, it was good value accommodation.

Very friendly staff and it's where it all stop. The room is super super dirty, cobwebs everywhere in the room and very dusty. There are molds all around the bathroom floor. The carpet has black stain marks and the bed linens are smelly. The outdoor area is so neglected, grasses are not mowed, and some of the lights do not work. The pool water is super cloudy, full with bugs and algae. The kitchen is disgusting. All the photos posted on the website are deceiving. Would not recommend at all.

Bed clean and comfortable, modern bathroom, tho rest of unit dated. Reflected in the price. The outside needs a lot of work...all a bit ragged round the edges. If we hadn't booked ahead, we would not have stayed there, as it does not have street appeal.

Our room was nice and clean with a modern bathroom and everything we needed. The large windows and air conditioning were great. The king size bed was really comfy as well. Would have been 5 star if the wifi was working. However still Good value for money, I would stay there again.

The room had mice no cutlery had to eat with the 2 teaspoonsCost $115 for a room with mice keeping us up all night im terrified of them not a good night sleep would not recommend

Staff were super friendly and helpfulRooms could use an update. We arrived at night and found in the daylight the outside appeal was lacking.Price was very fair for what it is and for a place to lay your head at night it did the job

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They were some of the nicest people I met in this area. They gave me a lot of good advice about the surrounding tourist area. The room was clean and tidy. There were towel sets and extra blankets. It was a very comfortable stay.
