As all Betty’s Burgers establishments tend to have delicious American-style burgers, this particular Betty’s Burgers establishment has a lovely interior design layout as well as spacious outdoor seating and heating which is perfect for socialising in comfort while you eat no matter what weather conditions may exist.The service is also rather delightful as every employee is very kind and charitable. Our server Layla was particularly lovely when taking care of our orders. And of course, our meals were reliably delicious! One of the better food establishments at the Eastland mall, without question. Definitely give it a visit!

Do not order on the website. I ended up with sad soggy fries as a result, but the burger tasted pretty good. Would have been better if it was hot.I got no confirmation text that my order was ready. After half an hour I went to the counter. When the manager was called to find my order, I was told they had had “no issues with anyone else” and that I should “reinstall the app”. Bit hard to do that when I used the website to order, not the app. When i sat down I found my order had sat there for over ten minutes by the receipt.I guess I’ll chalk it up to a bad night.

We ordered the spicy chicken burger and the vegan burger through Uber eats. Firstly they took a very long time in getting the order ready and that too for Tuesday evening was strange. Secondly the vegan burger was very dry and it did not have enough sauce and the burger itself was very hard. On the flip side the chicken burger was nice and juicy. I should mention that they have couple of interesting burger options.

Went here because of the promo and tried their fried chicken burger. I have to say it was pretty bland and boring although chicken cooked well and crispy on the outside. Chips were ok. Staff are friendly. Not sure if this is a once off but wouldnt get that again especially on full price.

went here with my dad and i absolutely loved the design of the restaurant. great vibes and lovely staff. very easy for everyone since you order at the front and the table number with buzz when it’s ready for you to pick up and pay. got the fried chicken burger and it was absolutely AMAZING! the way the sauce combined with the cold and fresh lettuce mixed with the crunch from that perfect chicken really made me wanting more. 100% and will definitely be coming back here! thank you for a wonderful experience :)

We love this place! Resturant is beautifully designed and decorated with a fun interior and has a warm inviting atmosphere. Burgers and fries are great too. We had the spicy chicken, crispy chicken supreme and the classic plant burgers. Chicken was so crispy and juicy. They were well presented and delicious. Highly recommend.

Dining at Betty’s was wonderful, I’ve been to quite a few Betty’s in Melbourne but this one at Eastland surpassed my expectations. Despite a new restaurant, the staff work well together and our waitress Hailey, was excellent at making my experience enjoyable. Definitely recommend to all.

Great service, great food and great prices - all in a great location.Shopping in Eastland and we needed a feed so thought to try a new place.So glad we stopped in at Betty’s Burgers. With ample seating in and out (outdoors undercover with heating) we were greeted by the lovely young front of house server and quickly taken to our table.No fuss at all with a simple booking process of ordering up at the bar, the menu offers a good selection of sides, mains, drinks (including shakes) and of course burgers.The burger range is about 12 different burgers of beef, chicken and vegetable based. We ordered the Beef Burger, kids beef burger, spicy chicken and the Betty Burger, with two sides of chips and a peanut butter thick shake.Speed of service was great not taking too long even though the place was pretty full and there was a constant stream of take away traffic.Tasty is an understatement, a good balance of sauce and not greasy at all. Big enough for a meal but also a great size just to fill the gap. The thick shake was thick and actually peanut butter flavoured.Prices are from about $12-16 for a burger so it’s great prices for a great feed, in a comfortable location with great staff. Well done team on the evening of 20 April 23!

The food is always delicious but you know when you go to a delicious restaurant and have bad waiters it just ruins it. Well I had the opposite experience with Mia she made it a 5 star and review type of experience. Would come back to Eastland Betty’s because of her amazing performance

Good staff very friendly and helpful.The burgers were good but they did taste salty. The chicken bites were also a Lil bit dry
