With a wealth of knowledge and passion he has supported, advised and demomstrated empathy to my parents over the many years of guidance (who do not speak a great amount of English) Lucas has always ensured to explain each process in detail and always finding ways to provide them with information where possible in Spanish.

After wasting money on a different advisor I received a recommendation for Lucas Barsby at Rockhopper. from the first meeting with Lucas I found him to be perfect for what I was looking for. Amiable and able to explain things to me in a clear an understandable manner. Following that I had no hesitation in engaging him to prosecute my financial transition to retirement. He issued a very thorough written Statement of Advice for me. Since then, he and his excellent assistant Nhu have been excellent in making things happen on my behalf and doing all the heavy lifting for me. Moreover their communication with me has been excellent and they have provided excellent follow-on service when I have had queries with them.
