Hannah did a great job of my lash lift & tint, she was really professional and took on board my requests as to how I like them done. Was also hands down the most comfortable lash lift I've had in 4 years - super gentle on the eyes, no stinging at all. Cheers :)

I could have done a better job myself for the price of a deluxe manicure which was no way near deluxe for the price. Save your money and go to Total body treats which I had previously a mini manicure which was far better than Ella Baches deluxe.

I saw Corinne (apologies if this isn’t the correct spelling!) and I was instantly put at ease. I had only had two other Brazilians in my life ages ago and years apart, and she took the time to explain things so patiently and clear to me, she completely changed my perspective on the process and gave me a lot of encouragement. She is calm and comforting and insanely knowledgeable, not to mention very skilled at her job. Highly recommend both her and Hannah!

My sister (who does not have an account) had an appointment today for an eyebrow wax. Extremely disappointed with the service as the beautician ignored what my sister asked for which was keeping to her natural shape, and instead took the bottom off her eyebrows because she thought it would look better with no regard to my sister. She also made comments such as ‘your eyebrows are extremely unkept’ and made rude remarks as to my sisters excema around her eyes.Ella Bache has always been amazing and I will give excellent reviews to any other staff member - the lady who saw my sister however, needs to be fired. Disgusting behaviour on her part.

I purchased a voucher for a friend. The girl that served me was fantastic. She went over all the options for the money I wanted to spend. Very very helpful. Thank you so much.

My deluxe pedicure was one of the best I have had. I was made to feel special and relaxed and would return again.

I'm sure everyone there must be amazing, but I've only experienced Chelsie and Karrine, and both of them are exemplary. Really love the accepting and soothing atmosphere, in depth product knowledge, and lovely products used. Everything thing about both my visits were perfect and I'm going to be a regular customer now! Thank you both!
