My ducted heating went out and it's in the ceiling and I've had 2 spinal ops, so I couldn't get up there. Young James showed up on time, very polite even called before he come. I could see he felt so bad just relighting my heater he did a full service. Wow there was atleast 8yrs of dust built up from the previous owner, who obviously never serviced things. James did a fantastic job servicing it and it is working Awesomely. So thanks heaps. Highly recommend theses guys, politeness and still caring about the customer is a hard quality to find sometimes in a tradie Cheers guys.

As the name says the heater repairman, Adam truly delivers professional service at very reasonable price. Very happy to get a second opinion otherwise we would have to fork out more to replace with the new heating. He is not a sweet talker but a real hard working professional. Will use him in future for sure

Made contact with Adam following ducted heater malfunction after a power outage. Straight up Adam stated due to workload would be unable to get onsite to assess problem for a little while. However he took the time to troubleshoot the problem and walk me through a solution over the phone. Stellar service - very generous with his time.

Yay! Thank you Adam for fixing my gas ducted heater! It's a very old Vulcan model and I was worried that I might have to change the unit. I was so relieved when Adam is able to fix the problem by changing the circuit board. I'll highly recommend Adam. He is very responsive, know his trade and fair pricing. Very happy with the overall service :)

These guys know their stuff. I spent $200 on another company where the technician had no idea about the old Vulcan wall furnace I had. So I gave these guys a call. James did a fantastic job. Unfortunately he needed another part to fix it up fully but Adam came around a few days later and got our heater going again. I highly recommend these guys.

Adam helped me solve a problem with a customers heating and cooling unit that I could not work out myself (I am also an a grade electrician). He knows his stuff and seems like a good bloke. Really appreciate the help from him and would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Adam and his crew repaired my mother-in-law's heating system. Completed the job professionally and efficiently. Price was very reasonably and its refreshing to have such ethical and responsive trades people in the area. I could not recommend 'The Heater Repairman' Adam more highly enough. 5 stars every day of the week!

Needed options to repair or replace an older GasFlo ducted heating unit. Within 4 minutes of arriving Adam literally had the unit motor pulled out, identified the issue (bearings and mounts), and a plan to get it fixed (quickly). Unit was returned to working order two days later at very reasonable cost.Contrast to two other outfits who inspected the job, actively advised unit was effectively not repairable discouraged my exploring further, and set about providing $$$ quotes to have unit replaced.Highly recommend Adam and his team - In fact I dont know why you would go to anyone else.
