Not user friendly for managers to roster. Keep having to refresh the page to get rid of glitches and errors. Staff cannot clock-in and clock-out a few times.

Ento
Ento recently changed hands and are now operated by Humanforce. They offer no support and have left us in the absolute dust. Ento had so many issues to begin with but at least someone was there to contact and resolve them, now nothing. Will be switching companies after our contract is up, if it even continues to work for that long. None of our new staff are receiving their schedule, isn't that the point of it all?

Poorly developed and problematic software. Extremely glitchy and riddled with errors - we had better efficiencies when we were manually doing rosters, now we spend half of the time just chasing their support team. And, what makes it worst is their level of support and communication when trying to resolve any issues. Their phone line is never answered, in the last 12 months I have never spoken to anyone over the phone, they have a voicemail on. And when you email their support you very rarely get any decent support.Don't waste your money and time.

As Ento deleted my last review which they would rather do than address the problem. Here is a run down of why this software is difficult to use resulting in over time and lost time from your staff.1. The numerous updates and glitches constantly mean the roster needs to be micro managed. We have 160 people on our roster that runs weekly, which equals a big task in itself.2. The bi product is that this leads to long conversations with ento while our staff frantically wait to find out their shifts for the week, where some people travel long distances to work.3. The support system from ento offers no support, it only offers a cut and paste message.4. This week the update meant the 160 people on our system and others who no longer work for us ALL received unprompted notifications for shifts, while for others no shifts at all. Meaning half of our staff were unable to work this week as with every refresh Ento was still only showing shifts for some people.
