I have been going to Jam Body & Hair for 5 years and they are unbeatable. They listen to my needs, cut & colour to perfection, plus ensure that their salon atmosphere is fun & friendly! Highly recommend Tara and Ronnie at Jam. They are so down to earth and always make you feel so welcome and you leave their salon feeling a million dollars.My hair has been dark, now light and I have regular Keratin treatments (which I love) for such a reasonable price. They make great coffee too!

Both partners were super rude and kicked me out of the store for no logical reason. Thry literally said I want to to leavd the store". I went for some foils and I said I wanted the yellowish tone on the existing foils to smooth a bit

Tara, Veronika and the crew at Jam are amazing. Super friendly relaxed environment, even though they were very busy. Made me feel welcome and at ease. I had foils and keratin smoothing treatment all in one appointment. My colour is amazing and my normally frizzy curls are smooth and shiny. Thank you Tara, will definitely be back.

Oh My God. Thank you Tara for an awesome experience and for making my dull frizzy hair smooth and shiny with the Keratin treatment. You made me feel so welcome and excited. I loved being talked through the process, both pre treatment and during the treatment. You are amazing! I came down from northern GC, and I will be making you my regular salon from now on which is so worth it.

I took Groupon package for half head foils with keratin treatment. I paid extra due to long hair. On the day they did foils my hair looked ok but after two day they became so dry with a lot of breakage. Really disappointed. Due to bad experience I didn't even called them back.
