Pattison's Patisserie
Went on a busy Saturday morning, still the customer service was very prompt. Got a pie and coffee, absolutely beautiful. Coffee was strong but not bitter, hit my spot. The lady who served me was very kind and she helped me with desert to take home. The crème brûlée was soo good! Quite clean, aesthetically pleasing and good music. Will come back for more!

2.4 - Large, quiet and aesthetically pleasing cafe to sit in. The leather seats need fixing though, as they are taped up with black tape, probably cos they are falling apart! Tried an Almond Flat White (in store) but it was quite bitter, slightly burnt. Came back to try an Iced Coffee today, thinking it might be better with Cream/Ice-Cream & Ice in it but it tasted even more bitter than I remembered the hot one did! Hardly drinkable - Sorry but I won't be back, despite average service and a quieter space.

Today I ordered cherry Danish and after one bite I realised that that pastry is old .So I asked for another one fresh .The girl brough me back the same pastry and was trying to convince me to eat that ..In the end she brought me another raspberry Danish which was old maybe a week old and stale too.For the price of seven dollars i would expect to be served with a nice fresh cake ..It was my last visit in this place .In my opinion the young staff needs to be trained properly .This place spoiled my day completely .

$7 for a tiny slice of brownie what a shame. Which was harder than a rock and has crunchie like texture. Must have been in the fridge for a million years.

Anne provided my with fantastic customer service, she was friendly, efficient and makes fantastic coffee.I was buying croissants and other pastries and she took the time to ask how I wanted them packaged, whether in a box or just the sandwich bags.

Overall a good place see belowAmbienceNice place to eat, quiet and has ample space but the staff as others have said are not friendly. They just ask what you need and that's it not smiles what so ever.FoodA number of cakes and specialities to try, its an experience to try them all and definitely worth itBelow you will see creme brulee coconut, Chocolate brownie and Friand

Good service but I ordered a choc Croissant and there wasn't any filling. Plus got 2 boxes of 6pack macarons and 1 Croissant and thats $40? Thats so expensive

Father’s Day thought to come for better quality and service I don’t know where to start from I’m very upset had to get up after 20 minutes to ask for my order and then they started on it the lady that was fixing coffee coughed in her bare hand as she was making the coffee no mask on. Then the food came with the utensils I didn’t use the utensils because the sandwich was already cut but as I finished and placed the utensils in the plate the knife was so dirty it hadn’t been washed I even have a video of it the food was not chewable, I must add that I had to clean the table with my wet wipes because the girl that came to clean it when I asked for her to just wiped it in a wavy Way with her dirty rug. I’m very upset words cannot express the bad experience

I didn't try any drink but I had cakes.And my rating is only for cakes.My cakes (baked lemon lime and baked Italian ricotta cheesecake) taste average.Their macaroons are good-looking. However, when I picked one to try, it doesn't meet macaroon standards that I've had before. (When I ordered a single macaroon, I asked her to put in it my hand instead of the little bag. That's why it's on a piece of tissue)Service and space are alright.

Great location, amazing quality. It's a bit pricey, which can be cheaper to be more affordable, but the quality of the pastries is amazing, we tried this place in different locations and tried various ranges of delicious pastries and we were always happy with the taste and service, staff are always friendly and nice, highly recommended
