The chocolate super smoothly is not as good as it used to be. Very very watery and not as tasty as it was. It expensive place for shakes so you’d expect them to maintain the quality but it’s wasn’t that tasty This time, I was disappointed.

Food and smoothies are good but they really need to work on their service/process. Often have to wait way too long for your order, seeing them make orders placed after yours. Recently I ordered a toastie which took over 25 mins - they didn't even start making it until 15 mins after ordering. Meanwhile people who ordered well after me where getting their smoothies while I waited. At the 25 min mark one lady opened up the toaster, turned to another and said the toastie was ready then walked to the back of the store and started looking at a phone with another staff member. Meanwhile the staff member she mentioned the toastie was ready to ignored it and went to the counter and took someone's order. Finally the only staff member (out of five) actually making food/smoothies asked me what I was waiting for. She did stop what she was doing and get my toastie and apologised for the wait. Felt bad she was left to sort all the orders out on her own.

Smoothie bowl was about the only thing worth going for.Payed 13.50 for a small toastie that took over 18 minutes to prepare. And no the store wasn’t busy at all.

The other day I went to green cup for the first time and had the most lovely experience! The girls were so helpful and kind! Definitely coming back! Shout out to jemma, you were so lovely!!

The shake was amazing, the service wasn't so great.we have been waiting for 35 min, seating next to the front ,the side services window is not working well. you can't hear anything while the kitchen is making the smoothies.In addition, it will be helpful to add carbs info to the online menu, as people with diabetes don't know how much insulin to inject. Many places add this info to be inclusive and allow everyone to enjoy their food/drinks. Will be great if you can add this info.

Food is fine but prices have gone up.My problem is that they do not accept cash yet apply a card surcharge to every transaction?It seems like a bit of a scam that they are advertising the food at one price and applying a card surcharge without telling you. I only know about the surcharge because I pay with Apple Pay and can see that they always charge more than what the menu says the price is.The store should offer a cash payment option if they are comfortable to apply a card surcharge on top of the regular menu price or they should make the price inclusive of the surcharge.

Recently I purchased one of your smoothie bowls, I can't remember the name of it (maybe the Go To Bowl) It consisted of banana, strawberries, peanut butter and much to my surprise 2 pieces of very hard black plastic. Was so glad that I didn't swallow it or break a tooth.But ....I must add that it tasted delicious. The fruit was sweet and not over ripe and the peanut butter was the best I've ever.

Best acai bowls out!I visit green cup caufield often and always go for a smoothie and toastie, which never disappoint! but today tried an acai bowl and was probably the best bowl I’ve had. I’ve been to a lot of acai places but this one was light and so tasty! great service, girl who served me was lovely and I got my bowl in no time. highly recommend and will definitely be back for more acai!!
