I have been attending Vinya yoga Ayyurveda Ashram for a while now. Paddy is a beautiful lady, her soft voice and caring nature makes you feel welcome and straight a way calm within yourself.I have attended many events now, all of which have surpassed my expectations.These events include daily yoga sessions and meditation,Essential oil massage, Ayurveda massage, trigger point massage and healings.I have also attended 3 retreats. Which are amazing. So much included in the weekend, yoga sesions, meditation, aroma therapy class, an amazing out of this world Ayurveda massage followed by an infra red sauna, consultation with an Ayurveda Practioner to tell you your individual dosha ( body type ) Ayurveda cookery class,healings and completion.Not to mention the wonderful food offered at each meal.You leave feeling like you are walking on air and you could take on the world.Thank you Paddy.
