I went there tonight at 9.45pm and the guy serving couldn’t even get off his mobile phone to even acknowledge me. He’s talking away, scanned my items, didn’t say how much it was, just shoved the eftpos machine at me and continued talking away in Indian... bloody rude!!

I don’t know why, but this 7-11 usually has cheaper petrol than other places nearby, often 20 cents cheaper than in the eastern suburbs. Staff are always happy and friendly. It is a shame it closes early each day.

Not only do they under pay the staff they tried to charge me 15 cents for a paper bag despite spending $16 on high profit food items.They of course would say it's due to having to not use plastic bags, the problem with using that argument is why don't they charge a fee for the increased cost of power or rising land tax costs or any of the other costs of doing business!
