Matt from Carpet Bros is an absolute LIFESAVER and I highly recommend his business!!! Matt is professional, friendly and gets the work done properly and efficiently. I had recently vacated my rental property and had hired another company (as recommended by my property manager) to perform end-of-lease/vacate cleaning. I was very upset to learn that carpet steam cleaning wasn’t included in the package that I paid for with that company, and my property manager demanded for the carpets to be steamed clean ASAP, threatening that it would delay the new tenant from moving in and will cost me my bond. I called Carpet Bros with this last-minute request and Matt promptly accepted the job. Matt is also knowledgeable, he advised me about common mistakes with end of lease cleaning so that I know what to look out for next time, which I appreciate as I'm quite new to the rental scene. As I had already handed in my keys to the property agency the day before, I was not permitted to access the property anymore. I had no other option but to ask Matt if he could pick up and drop off the keys from the agency’s office, to which he happily agreed. In such a stressful and emotionally taxing time, Matt has been very helpful, empathetic, understanding and supportive of my situation. Matt reassured me that he’s got it covered, allowing for peace of mind during this anxious time. Matt professionally dealt with my property agency and property manager, coordinating with picking up/dropping off the keys from their office. As the new tenant was waiting to move in, I also had to pass on her contact details to Matt – adding another person to his list that he had to collaborate with on top of everything else. Matt handled everything perfectly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. When Matt completed the job, he sent me a photo of the results and I’m very happy that the work has been done to the highest quality. The rate I paid for the service is also very reasonable! Matthew did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets in our workshop.They were very dirty and had grease and oil that we didn’t expect to come out so well.He was thorough and punctual. I would recommend Carpet Bros to anyone looking for a job well done.

I needed to hire another carpet cleaner on short notice after the previous carpet cleaner didn't do it properly. These guys came out and were so knowledgeable and professional. I should have just gone with them from the beginning. Definitely recommend, and will definitely be using in the future.

Was in need to disinfect my carpet from a stain late at night and whilst everyone else was unavailable, Matthew was available.Being very germaphobic about the stain he told me about the process, how it worked, how I could remove simple stains, and was overall very calm and kind.Was also able to answer any additional questions about cleaning and stains about carpet and clothes, and so am very grateful for the service and availability.Being efficient, descriptive, reliable, and well mannered I would very highly recommend this business’ services, and recommend over others.
