I got so surprised when I see so many bad reviews here.I am not sure but maybe they got a new management. It was like 5 stars service with free bottle water, the receptionist taking care of you.I did the design there, the lady is so good with drawing on my nails.I am happy, and I will def come back for another service

We have to said their skills and services are so bad. Almost staffs do not basically do a good set of manicure. People are rude and disrespectful. Also to be dishonest,The boss who also just wants to hide her mistakes, she just turns off the light on the table after she finishes one of set manicure because she does not want customers find her mistakes. That is all our experiences for that shop.

Yesterday I went to do my nails, ( shellac ) and today my nails looks like the pictures, I called them to fix it, but I cant arrived before 6 pm, i have my travel in two days…. And now I need to leave it like this… less than 24 hours!!!!! The worst nail spa in the world!!!!!

I have done my nails here 3 times now. The first time I was very satisfied with how my nails looked, the shape was perfect and the gel was even. I had them done by a girl with glassesMy last visit was bad though. I got my nails done by another lady. My cuticles were bleeding and the gel is already peeling off and is not even. It hasn't been a week.However the price is reasonable and the customer service is good.

Disappointing nail salon, I would not recommend. The nail technicians are constantly speaking in a foreign language other than English amongst themselves. It creates an awkward environment for the customer. Some of these nail technicians are rude and they find comfort in knowing that most of the customers that walk in do not understand their language so they are able to say anything about you. I didn’t receive a proper manicure. It would be fair to say that I didn’t receive a manicure at all, which I had asked for before the acrylics were put on. I had reminded her just as she put the first acrylic on that, I wanted a manicure. She said she would do it at the end (she didn’t) The acrylics themselves are below average quality.One customer had to wait 15 minutes for her nail technician to come back from a supposed “toilet break”. There was no apology. There wasn’t a care in the world when she returned. It is honestly disgusting how these people complete these beauty courses and open businesses but fail to learn basic customer service. This unfortunate experience took place on Saturday 29th of April 2-3pm. I paid $65 and felt scammed because the service wasn’t even worth $10. I now have to seek help from a different nail salon (that will obviously be 100 times better than this joke of a place) to remove these acrylics and receivea proper manicure.

Just visited for SNS acrylic nails. Worst staff ever. Never ever visit if you want to do any acrylic or designs.They make design worst than a kid can do. I literally had to visit another shop straight away coz I cant show my nails to anyone without redoing it.
