Have been waiting over six weeks for a warranty replacement on a pair of headphones.Communication from the store has been terrible.Was initially told two weeks in store, I called back at the end of week four and was told by the store manager it would be resolved by the end of the week. I called back two weeks later and was told the replacements would be arriving today or tomorrow. Yesterday was the tomorrow and no phone call. I cannot recommend this store. If you need to do anything in-store with Optus, try a different location.Update: Headphones finally replaced, conveniently at the same as JB HIFI has them for half price.

Jay have been an amazing help to my new process of registration for a new contract and a phone! He gave the most tailored advice and solution to my wants and needs with the new contract. Jay was also really patient and understanding throughout the whole process which made the entire experience extra pleasant and smooth. Will pop by again!

I went to the store this morning to get some help. Vincent was very good and patient explaining to me in detail what he did. He informed me of a new offer but was never pushy. He is a good staff, polite and friendly.

WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED FROM CUSTOMER CAREOptus is the worst company, if you try and get help from either the store or customer service they will try and sell you a new plan or phone without ever listening to your concerns. I've had to go to the Ombudsman twice on them because they refuse to deal with my concerns. The store manager Pratt from Prahran store is particularly bad as he just doesn't want to help anyone with questions.
