Richard(?) did an incredible job of handing irate and drunk customers while also letting us stay a little past close to let a script be emailed through. Customer service was above and beyond. This was impressive as I just witnessed him be harassed for not being able to legally dispense medication.

Refused to dispense my prescription, because of his lack of communication skills.the only thing he said was can I help you. He dispense my daughters medicine and passed it over to me. When I said that's the wrong one I need my medicine he got cocky and say you should look whos it for.... i said its a digital prescription and only has has Initials.. then he turns and says I refuse to serve you. Great service my man. Take a couple of days off, learn some communication skills and get laid.

I went there with my partner yesterday to certificate some documents and the guy on the desk was super rude, and the best of all is that he was saying that we were very rude in our way of asking. I don’t think we were rude, and after that and saying “sorry if we sound rude” he was like “oh I don’t have to certificate nothing if I not want”. What’s going on? What a drama mate! I was in shock for the treat received

This is an extended hours chemist, very useful for those unexpected moments when away from home. My friend fell ill and she had no medication with her. She had advice from the pharmacist on how to get a script released from her regular pharmacy and sent through to here. They promptly filled the prescription and also sold an over the counter medication to help with nausea. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, going out of the way to ensure her well-being. It is a well laid out chemist with plenty of room between the aisles. A great selection of everyday items and great options for tourists.
