Absolutely agree with you Steven and Reza. I was infuriated with their service and decided to churn to another one and asked them in December to cancel my account. Three months later, apparently the account is still active and I still receive bills (almost a fortune now) for a service that doesn't even exist. How ridiculous!!! Happy with my current provider so far.

If I could give negative stars, I would love to! Been a customer with Gtelecom was the worst experience ever!Frequent internet connection issues, horrible customer service and staff members were never able to help!My family have suffered more than 2 weeks without any internet connection and it hasn’t been resolved yet!When it comes to cancelling the service, you never get to speak to the “manager”!I’ve been told “you’ll get a call from our manager tomorrow.” FIVE times!!! Still no call!Finally got the call, the guy refused to offer any refund! And was trying to refuse taking any responsibilities and blaming me for the whole thing!Anyway, Don’t ever waste time with them!Way too frustrating! Unacceptable service at all!Btw, for the fist time, I’ve escalated someone to Consumer Affairs & TIO.

Signed up 3.5 years ago..price has increased from $69 to $79 ($81 with credit card)whilst everyone else has lowered their pricing.Had problems speed wise which they did resolve...incorrect setting their end..no biggy.Anyway, moving house and half way through billing cycle. Demanding I pay another month in order to disconnect as policy claims 30 days notice...which really, at most I should be up for 40 bucks as Im only 15 days or so in this cycle. I'm not on a contract btw.

Utterly horrendous, for the last 5 months I think that we’ve had workable internet of about collectively 2 weeks. We have raised concerns with them and they have sent technicians out only to tell us that our equipment is faulty when in actuality, the $1000 plus that we spent on getting our own technicians in have told us it’s the gtelecom box at the exchange that is faulty. Yet it remains that nothing is done and they are yet to admit that they have anything to do with the issue.If I could give this service a negative 5 star rating I would.

Service is speechless, no supports, no replies for over 2 months in respond to my complaint through TIO Ombudsman, no phone line for over 1.5months still happy to deduce FULL PRICE from my account. Truly unforgiving for their communications, and lack of efficiency. I called in almost everyday to speak with the managers and was told Service and business is different" Truly disappointed

Bloody disgusting this company is. Why are they charging me $109 a month for 200Kb/s speeds. In march they changed providers and I had a boost in internet for 3 weeks to 6.1Mb/s but after that it went lower than my previous speed. If you're looking for a good provider of quality internet... Don't look here, they are as useless as Dial Up speeds

My first ever 1 star rating on Google for to GTelecom.GTelecom has the sole right to provide internet in my new estate for two years. The public infrastructure servicing my house was damaged. GTelecom persuaded me to fix the NBN pit by myself. When I refused, they did not provide any constructive feedback on fixing this issue and simply said sort this matter out of yourself. This shows how iressponsible GTelecom is despite them being the only provider entitled to provide internet service in the estate.Profit first and customer last. Terrible customer service. Please think twice before choosing them as your ISP.

Such a terrible company I have ever met in Australia ! They double charged me twice and I have been waiting for TWO month for the refund ! Every time I call them ,they will say 'I will call you back within a hour',. But, at the end of the day, no one calls. I need to call them every day every week and ask for the process. I kept telling the story over and over again.NO ONE is responsible for anything!!!!!! If you want to put yourself in trouble, feel welcome to try this company! worst Internet and worst service
