Current staff are veeeery slow and not helpful. Spent 30 minutes waiting the other day because a t-shirt didn't have a tag on and they couldn't figure it out what to do. Plus called in asked what VR games they had in store and staff informed me that they had some and when I asked which ones she couldn't itemise them because her 'computer didn't like her this morning' ....
