My daughter has been training in GFTeam Bondi just shy of 3 years now. Under Professor Mike’s guidance, not only have her jiu jitsu skills improved, but she’s taken the values that the academy has espoused and applies them at school and home, much to her teachers’ and our delight. My daughter has developed discipline, confidence and has made amazing friendships through the school.I love how at GFTeam Bondi, the students are never just a number. Professor Mike and all the coaches see to it that they address each one’s individual needs and concerns and are always ready with a listening ear for problems each one may be having off the mats too.Lastly, I think it must be said that this jiu jitsu gym looks and feels clean and is always cleaned! It puts a germaphobe’s mind like mine very much at ease!I highly recommend GFTeam Bondi

GFTeam Bondi is one of the best places that I have trained in. Professor Mike is a wealth of knowledge and he personally takes time to focus on every student. Everyone who attends the gym is friendly, warm and welcoming and I have personally built life long friendships with people from all walks of life.You would be hard pressed to find a BJJ gym of this kind and quality.

We have been apart of this school for almost 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. They are teaching both my children to be strong, resilient and brave individuals, with skills they can use to moderate their emotions and handle anything life throws at them. The difference it has made, particularly in my 8 yr old sons life, is remarkable. Even his school teachers have commented on the positive effect it has had on him in class. Best jiu jitsu school in the east.

Where do I start. This is the best dojo you'll ever find. I started 6 months ago and this place has completely changed me. Everyone there treats you like family and Mike is an amazing professor. They're always updating their COVID protocols to make sure all students and visitors are safe. The mats get cleaned after every class session to ensure health and safety to all members.
