Do not recommend this store.Took a specialized bike in for service here.Paid for the most expensive service for the bike and then additional service for the shocksWhat I got back was a bike with rear shock that now doesn't go into its positions at all and is going to need replacement, 3x completely shaved out Allen key bolts, a loose rear main wheel bolt, also didn't even clean it!Furthermore would have expected for 600 dollars they would have at least set the pressures for the shocks and tires for the ride but apparently not.Contacted the store owner to try resolve and send through 20+ photos and videos with clear evidence of a terrible job and he was absolutely rude and not accepting of the fault of Wembley cycles, After much back and forth offered to repay fifty dollars for the de-greaser they didn't use on the cleaning they didn't do.Do not recommend this store to anyone

My American husband rented a bike from these guys for the day to get some rides in. They adjusted the bike to his liking, showed him some great nearby trails and threw in a water bottle too. Nice to meet the local mountain biking community as my husband has been an avid rider for 35 years and cycled on six continents. We had a great day adventuring.

Best in the business! Knowledgeable staff that ride what they sell. This is the first place to visit if you want to get into mountain biking!

It pains me to say this about an independent bike store, but I have to agree with some of the poor reviews below. The general staff are great , friendly and very helpful. However during two recent visits the manager seems so disinterested and couldn't seem to care less about your custom. Would have given 1 or 2 stars, but gave 3 as I feel bad for the rest of the crew.

These guys were incredibly helpful fixing a poorly fixed baby carrier on to my bike to make it safe and usable. They couldn’t have done more! I will be back

Went in Wembley cycles after being told another specialized store were unable to assist.After meeting the experienced and passionate staff Sam was more than happy to help and investigate my issue, contact specialized and had it sorted within a week.Happily recommend this store as you can really see the passion and experience in all of their advice.

I'm a newbie to the bike scene. I was given so much time and excellent advice. The customer service is amazing.
