I got referred by my building manager of Prime Air Solution to see my aircon which is not cooling. Technician came in and had a quick look, less than 10min. I've got invoice for 2 hours ($330) on the next day.Feel like I've been ripped off. Will report to the OFT and ACCC if no resolution is met.

LUKE & DANIEL were really patient, helpful, pleasant, & took the time to explain every aspect of the job & make suggestions to help facilitate the finished requirements.
