I had a Zoom call with Mark this morning and without any prompting he came straight out and let me know that it would not be worth my while to add to my existing panels.I am very grateful for the honesty and openness!Even though I will not be engaging Yuma Energy right now I am impressed and will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.A breath of fresh air to deal with people with integrity in this day and age!I hope you do well!Sonia

My wife and recently retired and we just had a 13kw system on 3 phase power installed in a Brisbane southside lowset home by the boys from Yuma to be battery ready. After spending days reading reviews and horror stories about solar installers and installation issues, my homework selected Yuma Energy. This was due to their great reviews and the fact that they had in-house installers; had long warranties; monitored the installed system afterwards and guaranteed a quality product with above average work and communication. As an older professional fellow, I was looking for all these things to occur and for there to be no issues or mess, leaking roofs or hidden costs.There were no concerns - from the excellent job Miles did in coming out to see us about what to expect and what would occur, to the magnificent job that Andrew and his installation team did, Yuma surpassed all my expectations by a long shot (big call for me), particularly with the smooth no fuss and no mess installation and the excellent communication and work from Andrew. From start to finish the service has been great! Julian was so helpful explaining the solar processes, not just in terms of YUMA and my quote but how solar in general works and what to expect and watch out for while receiving quotes. The boys doing the install were great, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and called to let me know progress as i was not there. System seems to be working well, haven’t received my first bill yet but promising statistics while viewing the app.

The installation team Josh and Justin came on time in the morning. They are friendly and very professional and done an excellent job! I will recommend Yuma Energy to my family and friends as well.

Fraser and the Yuma team provided us with excellent pre and post sale service and I highly recommend them. We recently had a 10.56Kw system installed. During the process we did a lot of research to determine what components we wanted and which company we would go with. Numerous technical questions were asked, all of which they were able to answer with easy. Customizing the system to our needs was not a problem and the installation was quick and efficient. Just had my Solar panel installed by Yuma Energy recently and I'm very happywith the installation. I've got a nice & friendly Sales Rep Mark came by myhouse to inspect & provided me with the quote. He explained clearly what'sin the quote & what impressed me most was how clearly the quote layout whatyou be getting. One of the thing that stand out for me was Yuma's extendedwarranty & monitoring support after installation compared to othercompanies.Once I paid my deposit, I was booked in for the installation soon after. Theinstallation team (Tamz, Justin & Josh) came to do my Solar installation.These guys were friendly & efficient at their job. They explained the wholeprocess from start to finish. And got me to install & setup the Solarmonitoring App on my phone.Overall, very happy with the whole process. The team at Yuma are veryefficient & respond quickly to any of my enquiries.
