Shaun was unbelievably helpful. The whole aerial system through the Tv and set top box was checked and found to be working but the signal booster was intermittent. I know that intermittent faults are difficult to find so I was mightily impressed when on the second callout (at No charge) a very good humored Shaun discovered the problem and explained why the picture was pixelating (Internal software on the Tv, apparently.)Highly recommended

Great service and very professional. I had a new network cable installed from where the NBN connects outside, directly to the study where my router is, replacing the old phone line, and it tripled my maximum speed from about 30mbps to 98mbps.
