Proceed with caution. If at all. Real shonks.Overpriced, charge you full price for products that have already been opened and partly used / products that you have to hand already, spend all of 15 minutes cleaning your pool (fyi a professional clean takes at least 90 minutes), fail to attend when scheduled and then turn up without warning, and to top it all off left the pool gate OPEN following one attendance (nice one!). I recommend that you are home when they attend. Good luck.

My issue was a cloudy swimming pool, I was sold over priced Chlorine which was 1/4 price at Woolworths and the problem was not fixed. I got Bioguard to come out and have a look and they still didn't fix the issue and over charged me. I was told I needed a new cell.Got another pool cleaner to come out and he told me how he has heard many a time that Bioguard often over price and deliver poor service. He cleaned the cell and fixed the problem, he actually seemed like he cared about fixing the pool unlike Bioguard. I would have given them 0 stars if I could, avoid these people at all costs, it will save you a ton of money, time and stress.

I have been using them for over three years, The staff are excellent and I find their products are top quality, You get what you pay for in the end and I have learnt over the years the cheap stuff is never as good and ends up costing more in the long run. That said I still find these guys competitively priced.

When I first went in the Bioguard Shop on Unley rd I noticed numerous signs saying Customers couldn't return chemicals. I remember thinking 'what's the big deal - why would a customer want to return chemicals?. It was only a couple of days later

They are there to sell you stuff that you don’t need. Note they are not alone. Many of these chains do the same. Went to a small family owned pool supply business who enlightened us on how little you really need for a healthy pool. We were being ripped off
