Horrible service and lies to add insult to injury. Being told that “parcel wasn’t ready for collection” upon querying multiple failures to collect bookings, when the parcels were ready days ahead and there is CCTV at the business to show that a) the parcels were ready and b) the courier driver never turned up. Our business is actively communicating with Sendle and Shopify to never use Couriers Please as a delivery contractor again. This beyond help with over 400 1-star reviews stating the exact same issue of unaccountability and lies to cover their ineptitude (and barely any positive reviews to speak of) and the issue hasn’t been addressed in all this time.

The 401 1 star reviews say it all. This company continues to leave my parcels in an unsecured, street level foyer of a commercial building, completely visible and accessible to the public despite clearly being addressed to a business on the 1st floor. They obviously don’t care that they are liable for stolen parcels if they haven’t been delivered correctly. May as well leave it on the side of the road.

Useless. Just like everyone else here says... they don't even try to deliver the parcel. Have had multiple missed parcels" over at least a couple of years. I work from home and was always here when they said it was missed. Picked up from Hamilton Newsagents (the collection point

Terrible company! They always state attempted delivery although I was at home working. Given all the terrible reviews it looks like they never deliver but simply force the customer to pick up their parcel themselves.. what a lazy bunch.. I've already informed the company I bought from not to use this company again, and to check out their reviews...

There is 1 reliable driver. If he is away, generally nobody turns up to collect my packages. On one occasion a replacement driver took an unlabelled box from outside my house. Apparently the box has been lost, the driver uncontactable. I have not been compensated.

Terrible service. Packages left on top of the fence on a main road instead of opening the gate to deliver properly. Today a box of toilet paper was left in the pouring rain, instead of walking another 10 steps and leaving it safely undercover and out of the weather. Toilet paper, in a cardboard box, in the pouring rain. It doesn’t take a genius to fill in the blanks. I would not recommend this CP to anyone

Companies should not use this delivery service ( problem is there is no service) . I have been continually calling and contacting them for 4 business days and still no parcel has been received. I don't think they care if I ever get my parcel. I will be contacting the business I purchased from to tell them I won't be shopping with them any more if they continue to use CouriersPlease. Worst company I've dealt with.

Terrible... 4 live chat sessions and 4 days delay on my delivery with no update on the status of the delivery, apparently they still have the wrong address for me in their system, even after I've confirmed it with them 3 times!!!Edit: It's now another day (we were meant to get the parcel a week ago), I still do not have the delivery or any more information except that the local fleet team have been contacted! And the Couriers Please resolutions team have no update from the Fleet Team...Couriers Please - I submitted your feedback form and clicked the phone me" button... I'm ready for your call."

There needs to be a zero or negative stars option made just for this company. They are abysmal. The first time I dealt with them they delivered the items ($15k worth) to the wrong address and refused to take it back when the person there informed them it wasn’t the correct address!! If it wasn’t for the honesty of that person calling the mobile number on the packages I never would have received them. This time they were instructed to leave the delivery on the back porch (out of sight)… so they leave it on the front step in full view of everyone on the street walking past. The only reason I imagine it was still there was because I got home earlier than expected, half an hour after it was delivered. Seriously, this company needs to be held accountable - their appalling review rating is obviously an overestimate of the true lack of service and care they show to their clients. I can’t say it strongly enough - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
