We got our toilet installed on Monday, punctual, polite, tidy and efficient young man, my dad is delighted with his new throne.

Toilet delivered the day before then the Plumber came out and installed it. The plumber let us know when he would be arriving. He was quick, clean and everything works. Buying online was easy and inclusive of everything

Utter waste of $599. Worst toilet I have ever used. Cheap and badly designed. It has been 6 months and the toilet is now stained, doesn't flush well and needs cleaning after every poop. Installation was great and we had the plumber back to check and it was installed well but is just a cheap and badly designed toilet. Cheap and nasty. NOT RECOMENDED.

Purchased a panel shower screen.Enquired with professionals to install, however none would work with glass they had not provided due to risk / quality assurance.Due to being unable to engage a professional to install, and no other option available, we attempted install ourselves.The glass shattered to pieces mid air. It did not make contact with anything. I cannot think what were to have happened if the install was successful and it shattered at a later date, when my children were in the area.When raising with Perth Trade Direct they advised they could not assist as 'unfortunately safety glass breaks on any impact or even holding too tight'. They also advised they recommend safety glass to be installed by qualified professionals... which is ironic given no professionals will take the job and their advertising states 'easy to install' with no mention of 'recommending professionals to install'.Not only was this purchase disappointing but it terrifies me that this kind of product can be sold as an 'easy to install' product when the risk of harm is so high. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Fabulous price and great service it too approx 20 minutes to remove my existing toilet and put in the new unit the plumbers were fantastic

Got my beautiful bathroom tiles for half the price of other retailers. Delivery fee was much less than we expected and done in a timely manner. Very happy.
