Needed to buy Handle Caskets for my Ziggy triple not an everyday consumable Product.Staff ordered from Headquarters was told yes posting asap..Followed up by me 3 weeks No Have not recieved in store We will follow up immediately .Manager rings me and said we have them in store.No charge sorry about the delay.This service is what is needed to produce confidence in a Product purchased 2 years ago crom this same Store. I do not think the Previous owner was as friendl and accomodating as the new one.And that is why I have taken the time to go that extra yard in Thanking the Store. on Social Media.

Excellent customer service from Micah. Went to buy a Ziggy and use some gift cards towards the cost. The cards could not be accepted even though they were valid and had the money loaded on them. Instead of saying sorry can’t help you Micah pursued the issue with the card supplier and had the matter rectified. Really went above and beyond.
