We selected European window company for the windows and doors on our renovation, we purchased thermally broken double glazed windows and doors including a 5 meter long above bench window that is west facing. They have been installed for more than 3 years now and are very happy with the design, installation and performance. Great noise and temperature reduction as I was sold at the time of purchase. The 5 meter above bench window performs very well on warm days with the hot afternoon sun on it and with direct contact with out bench shows no signs of effects from food, grease and oil that comes into contact with it. Would recommend.

We are currently building a stunning Neo-Classical residence which is three levels and almost 1000 square metres in the Sackville Ward in Kew. We selected European Window Company because their windows are world class.Likewise, dealing with European Window Company has been a wonderful experience. Their customer service is outstanding!! Everyone at the organisation is so helpful. From Geoff, the owner, to Allen, the estimator, to our fabulous Project Manager Brad, who went out of his way to ensure the window installation was perfect. The resulting windows are amazing, 10 out of 10.

I recently had twenty two Thermeco thermal break windows fitted to my home. This is the same brand that European Windows supply, however they were purchased from a different supplier, Element Windows.As I understand it, Thermeco own European Windows.I was most disappointed with the product. Some of the outer and inner seals leaked badly and let in the wind, cold, noise and rain. After rain the inner sill of the windows filled with water that had to be sponged out to dry the windows.Ten years ago I purchased the non thermal break windows manufactured by Thermaco and they were great. The had good oval rubber seals that worked correctly. The new seals on these thermal break windows are hopeless in my opinion and simply do not work.I regret purchasing Thermeco windows and I do not recommend them. I think that they have cheapened their design to the point that they are useless. I also think that they are hugely overpriced. That is my opinion of their product.Update May 2017. A year after installation my Thermaco windows are still blowing in cold air and water through the leaking seals. The frames bowed in the summer heat and made things worse. I have had to patch them up with Raven seals from Bunnings and even this does not work well. In my opinion the thermal break technology was useless in the Summer and the inside of my frames heated up tremendously. I think that their thermal break plastic weakens the frames and allows them to bend in the heat. My old non thermal break Thermaco windows are much stronger. The seals on my old Thermaco windows are far better than what they fit now. They are eleven years old and work great. The new seals are hopeless in my opinion. Can someone please recommend to me a good window frame manufacturer for my next home which I am going to start building soon. I don't care how expensive they are, I just want window frames that you can't see daylight through the seals like I can with my Themaco windows.
