Wonderful to see the association with local rescue organisations. Great staff and great service.

Poor service and no knowledge on what they are selling couldn't answer basic questions on products they stock. Staff was extremely rude, to the extent of the younger staff pushing past a disabled person on crutches almost making him fall

I got my 6ft tank and cabinet through these guys a while back and I was very happy with the product and the service. I got it delivered which was a very wise choice. Nearly a year later and the tank is looking amazing, very happy. Thanks for being a quality local business. Keep up the good work.

I was so upset to see how tiny the cages were for cats and bunnies in this shop. I won't return, days later I'm still thinking about it :(Edited to reply:This is just my opinion people have to make their own opinion. You ask for reviews on your website and this was mine.I have rescue cats and a rescue rabbit and have fostered, donate regularly to food drives, and have helped homeless people access vet care and more. Thank you for making it about me on a personal level, when I simply commented on the sizes of enclosures.Note that there are multiple other pet stores in the area, that work with local rescues, and have much, much larger enclosures that are also warm, cats are not getting stood on" or overly exposed to people

The staff are very friendly and helpful have a great positive attitude love going there and asking questions they always answer.
