I phoned Carmody's (amongst other stores) to enquire about a cover for our bikes and Mr Carmody was extremely pleasant, helpful and quoted about" $30 for one he had in stock. We attended the store (a week or two later) and bought it but were charged $60 and we didn't query it because we hadn't intended visiting this store that day and hadn't taken our notes regarding the quoted price. The cover was not suitable for our set-up so we returned it and again Mr Cormody was pleasant and did not hesitate to refund us in full. We would attend this store again."
