Best thing I've done in a long time.No hiring skips and worrying about deadlines and family/friends to help.Great staff - I had 2 helpful and pleasant staff.I didn't have to lift a finger. I didn't have to depend on busy family members to help, I really didn't think it could be done - but the pics don't lie.Thanks you JUNK.

The JUNK chaps were excellent. Even though travelling from Geelong they were at our place in the eastern suburbs early, by 9:30. They made sure they knew what we wanted - what to take, what to leave, they were very methodical and sorted it all out, all of our heaps both inside and out. They were really careful, did a great job, and were really nice - including to our dog. They were quite confident of re- homing things like unwanted furniture, which is a great outcome. They were good to chat with, nice and relaxed, and cleared everything up in an amazingly short time. We will definitely be in touch again to clear more things.

Excellent service. Pricing was good and booking in a pick-up was really easy. On the day we received a call about 30 mins prior to arrival and also had an up-to-date tracking link sent in the morning. The junk removalist's themselves arrived on time and were exceptional. Super friendly, polite, quick and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to use Junk again!

Excellent service all the way from the moment I called to enquire and was informed clearly of what rubbish was collected and cost of these. Booking was easy and fast. Didn't have to wait long. Staff were friendly and efficient and cleared up the yard neatly. Price was very competitive and much cheaper than other places I had previously called. Will definitely use again for more rubbish removal. Highly recommend !!

Such amazing service from the two guys that collected all my junk. So polite, so helpful and they worked hard! These guys are fantastic! I have used them several times and each experience is just so carefree. Easy to book, great communication, on time, they do all the heavy lifting outstanding service. Will definitely use them again.

The team from Junk were wonderful in helping me clean up my backyard. They were responsive to my inquiry, easy to communicate and work with and importantly prompt with the collection day and time. The team who came were friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Junk to other people wanting to clean up and remove rubbish from their homes.

Moving house was expensive and stressful enough and having a mix of household, wood and some metal probably 30% of it was recyclable ( timber, steel ect..) and about 4 cubic meters of household waist. Asked for quote on website sending pictures of everything and quoted $3-500 but ended up $900 plus. Asked how much rubbish they collected and they said 9 cubic meters. Could have taken the rubbish to the tip for $400 and maybe extra $130 for a mattress and other items trailer hire for day total of nearly $600. Asked how much for a tire and they said $25, tip charges $10.50. These guys are a rip off, and be aware of they “load and shut the doors” approach. Then hit with ridiculous payment, they may charge $8 less than the tip but the make up for making up extra cubic meters. Be aware!

The team at Junk are amazing! Prompt, friendly and done an amazing job. Arrived on time, super friendly, extremely quick removing my rubbish, done a fabulous job! Extremely affordable, don’t charge extra for removing mattresses! From first contact to completion of job, I couldn’t be happier with the service from the team at JUNK! Will definitely be using them again as we have only started our clean up project!
