Although we've given this place multiple tries, we haven't had a positive experience yet. From mix-ups with our orders to unfriendly staff, it's been a letdown every time. We really wish things would improve, but unfortunately, they haven't. Based on our experiences, we suggest giving this spot a pass.

The worst! Come here for fast food and we waited for over 15 minutes in the car park. They should have told us if there was a wait. When they bring the meals out they just walk around the car park offering it to people. Avoid!

Ordered the family feast. Got my drinks and then they asked me to go park while they waited for nuggets. 15 minutes went by and I thought that it was strange but gave them the benefit of the doubt since they got busy after I went through. After 30 minutes I went in there and asked where the food was. No one knew. I spoke to both people who originally served me. They both forgot about me and my order. Manager got my food and said very quietly sorry for the wait. She actually didn't care. 30 minutes for food that was now cold. Very disappointing. I wasn't rude at all because I know half the staff are young school kids.

Amanda on drive through at 4:30pm is so friendly and polite.I had to ask her manager for her name she said she goes by Amanda as her real name is hard to pronounce. She also said that Amanda made her feel very welcome and was so friendly to her as she had only transferred there a week ago.But can I say she presented her self with a smile, asked how I was and seemed to genuinely care all while taking my order and had such a great vibe about her what an asset to your business. Will definitely pop in and hope to see her again as she brightened up my afternoon.

Waited 10 mins in drive through and another 10 mins in the waiting park, to be given a burger that wasn't cooked and no fries for the meal. So I spent $62 for my family to eat and am very disappointed, if I wanted to cook I wouldn't have got takeaway.

I went through drive thru and had to repeat my order twice, was told all good waited 10 mins only to have one part of the order done, they forgot my large meal, then told me wait around carpark waited another 10 mins got my meal and they still forgot my large coke omfg! Manager didn't seem to care about customer service I guess, never heard a word from him, get your act together guys.

2 months I didn't like the wait time and the food. But today it was a very big improvement. Apart from the orange juice I ordered, instead I received a cup full of ice cubes and orange coloured water YUCK. Lift your game

Horrible. Waited 10 minutes for food and it was just our order. No apology. Drink was hot. Asked for a new one, and the lady just took and it and got me a new one. No smile, no sorry. The new drink was also warm....I went back and was told they forgot to put ice in the machine. Again, no apology. Won’t be back here again....

The customer service is disgusting. I had a sip of my coke while waiting for my food and it was flat and watery and I kindly asked if I could have it replaced with a different drink, the staff member didn’t respond and he gave me a filthy look and just grabbed the drinks from my hands. He got another staff member to give us our “replaced” drinks that were once again watered down cokes that were flat. This is also the third time in over a couple of months that our burgers have been soggy from the amount of sauce they continue to put on it. New management should be considered or alternatively some new respectful staff instead of sassy males running the joint.
