I went to get my hair done into a brown and was told prior to the appointment that it was achievable but ended up with Damaged dark hair. The hair stylist did not put any heat protection on my hair and you could see in the mirror smoke coming off the hair straightener being so high level to straighten my hair. Worst place to ever go don’t recommend!!

I have been going to this salon for many years and had the pleasure of Del doing my hair as my regular stylist is on leave and she is absolutely amazing. It’s always a bit scary going to a different stylist but my colour looks fabulous her scalp massages are to die for. Thanks Del for making my crown shine!!! Can’t wait for my next visit. Merry Xmas

I had a complete restyle with Kaylah, i was so ready for a change. I had 25cms cut off and had a full service covering my 57year old greys, with a lighter blonde. I went in a tired gorl and came out a rockstar. You girls made me so happy thankyou so much xxxx

Wow!!! So happy with my hair colouring from Rachael it’s exactly what I asked for and Adele styled it for a function and I got so many compliments. Looking forward to my next visit as the girls are so lovely.

So disappointed wouldn’t recommend. I messaged the Salon regarding my hair and was told that I am unable to get any refund. I had asked the hair stylist that I would like a brown colour tone in my hair and ended up with pure black I and was told it looked brown and that a few “washes were needed” My hair was not done correctly. The staff member needs more training because its definitely not brown. I also didn’t have a full head of colour dyed and was still charged for a full head of colour price. Will not return to this salon. Horrible customer service.

It’s a wonderful experience with Minkies EVERY TIME! The gorgeous Kayla always makes me feel comfortable with her sweet nature and super hairdressing skills. They use all the best products and have a lovely casual atmosphere. I live a distance away but I’m more than happy to travel to Minkies as I know I’ll always get a great result! The parking is free too! Thanks Minkies for making me feel fresh again x
