I do not intend on purchasing from this company again. I purchased bunk beds online. Once payment was received, an email came through stating the shipping costs were extra and they required further funds. I waited a further 12 days to receive another email stating that they are unable to deliver our item. I didn’t receive an email back from the company when I responded, and when I phoned them, the lady on the other end continuously spoke over me. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, the inconvenience and unprofessionalism is astounding.
