Nick was amazing! I needed to have my car key battery replaced and couldn’t find anyone to help me, as the screw was badly threaded. He is the only person I found to completely fix the issue. The team were really friendly :)

Gave two watches for the battery to be changed. The charged $24.95/watch. It was the first time for both watches to have their battery chamged.Received both watches back with scratches. Looked they used a screwdriver. Maybe they should just stick to shoe repairs. Oh wait they have a bad review for that too. Don’t go, not worth the hassle.

Took in my beloved boots I’ve had for 9 yrs after I dusted them off and the soles were in such bad form they basically disintegrated! For $90 they replaced the soles and heels on both shoes and they look brand new! People might scoff at the price but if you invest in quality shoes they can be repaired and $90 over 9 years is pretty good cost per wear. Would definitely recommend for shoe repair! They also put another few holes in my belt while I waited, he did this without marking and by eye and they were perfectly spaced and aligned. Nick clearly has an eye for detail. Cheers

Terrible place. Today I went to get my car key battery replaced but upon arrival I saw a poor customer being aggressively spoken to and it was quite confronting. It reminded me of how I felt with my last visit a month or so ago. Went to get my glasses arm reattached and they said they can glue it. Cost $25. When I picked them up (about an hour later) it fell apart in my hands right in front of them. They made it seem like it was my fault. But they said leave it with them and they’ll do it again. When I picked them up a second time they said don’t use them straight away, let the glue dry.Cut to two days later and the arm falling off again.So today, as soon as I saw that man abusing the custom I slowly turned and walked away. Never to return ever again.

Bought a leather" watchband from here on 8 May. By 26 June (7 weeks) it was cracked ready to break. That's $40 wasted. Avoid this place for such items."
