Brought his dog - without permission or warning - and let it wander about unsupervised. Didn't check if there were any hazards in the yard and was completely unconcerned about the major road that the dog could have taken it into its head to run out onto at any time. Did fix the shutter though.

Amazing job done. Received a call the very day I sent an enquiry. It was the most lively greeting I've heard on a call and set us on the right foot. His rates were the best I had found. He was able to do our repairs the very next day as he was in the area. I honestly thought I would be waiting for weeks. Dennis was really honest and didn't rip us off. Something we really appreciate.I thought I needed 3 shutters done but he was honest and said one of it didn't need repairs and not to waste our money. He was very experienced in his work and efficient. Not to mention a real jolly fellow. I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone!
