Lakeside Dental Spa Hervey Bay

We had a great experience here. We took our baby in to have a look at his tongue tie, and the dentist gave us great advice about the timing for having it revised as well as what to look for as he ages. He was very kind and friendly. The reception staff were great too, and it was very affordable for a consult.

Receptionist was very nice upon first phone call welcoming me to lakeside. My appt was booked for 2pm. She rang at 1 to let me know that the dentist was running behind by 20mins. Upon arrival staff were very welcoming and happy. Dr Alex was very welcoming, kind,and had reassuring professional confident manner. He was very gentle during procedure. His assistant was lovely and you could tell they had ahold rapport with each other. After the dental work dr Alex ran me through dental care, and was very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost and will definitely go back and also recommend them to anyone

This an amazing Dental practice. The staff are fantastic. The check in and checkout process is very efficient. But for me the most important aspect are the dentists and particular Dr Leonora Langstaff. I had my check up done and I've had a crawn placed. She is such an awesome dentist and particular the crown procedure was done very professional, painless and without any hassle whatsoever.I strongly recommend Dr Leonora or Dr leo as she likes to be called.The next day follow-up service is a great added bonus from this practice.Well done team Lakeside Dental & Spa. Absolutely amazing experience for my 6yo child who is highly anxious with sensory issues. We’d had a bad experience at another dental clinic, but wouldn’t be more happy or at ease after visiting Lakeside. Dr Alex and the team were so gentle and respectful. Highly recommend!!!

My first visit to Lakeside Dental today. I was cordially welcomed upon arrival by the lovely staff at reception. Only waited a short time after my scheduled appointment before I was ushered in to the surgery room. After a thorough run-down of what was happening to me today, Monica performed the tasks required with the utmost professionalism. Pain free is all I asked for and the extraction process was just that...pain free!Thoroughly recommend this practice for any dental treatment needed and very reasonable prices.

Highly recommend Lakeside Dental Spa. I had an extraction and OMG. I now know I’m a sook!! I went way over time limit and tooth broke off in gum. Dentist and dental nurse were great very caring and reassuring. Surgery was modern and clean and they made sure I felt no pain. Good follow up care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
