Global Peppercorns

The product quality is great. l work in food manufacturing quality and l enjoy the products fresh and aromatic profile. l have not bought similar product forms at supermarket type retailers since sampling their product.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering! Ordered 3rd March 2023, still nothing has arrived. Two emails and two ph calls later... no reply and no refund. The sad thing is I was really looking forward to my salt and pepper! Avoid!! And if you see this msg Brendan, perhaps you'd be decent enough to refund me. Order 5452

I purchased Australian black peppercorns and 3 colour peppercorns with grinder. The thing i was most disappointed in was that I was looking specifically for Aussie tricolour peppercorns and when they arrived they were not Aussie. Could of purchased them from the supermarket. Happy though for the black peppercorns that's the reason for 3 stars.

I am the cook in my household, so I know what I like. Pepper is a favourite of mine, but not just any pepper; green pepper. Peppercorn.com.au have been the only supplier I can find for dried green peppercorns and they are super reliable and fast at delivery. I also love their lemon pepper mix, it has a touch of extra something special about it. Don't trust me try it for yourself or try one of their other fantastic products at peppercorns.com.au it will make all the difference.

Amazing products. I got Sichuan peppers, Double smoked peppercorns (which we love on grilled meats) and white peppercorns. All of the best quality and I’m very happy of my purchases. Will recommend and will repurchase, definitely!

I placed an order back in July 2022. They have taken my money but still no product. I have response as you said and still no reply!!! This business is a sham. They do not reply to emails or phone calls. AVOID!!

I've used these guys in the past and never had any issues, however with our latest order there was a delay with the peppercorns coming into the country. No issues there, however when I contacted global peppercorns for an update I received no responses. Several emails and phone calls later and over several months later still nothing. I then requested a refund of the order by email and as a voicemail message - still no responses! We then had no choice but to request a refund via paypal after which time global peppercorns FINALLY issued the refund.Delays happen and that's fine, but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating and frankly dodgy. Avoid.

Great products indeed. I shopped from this company few times and they are always in time with their delivery. I love love love their olive wood smoked peppercorns.Highly recommended ☺️
